I found the staff helpful. Alexandra at the front desk made check-in quick. my kids received a small gift pack upon arrival. the family room on the 6th floor had great views and plenty of space. i enjoyed the room service which richard promptly delivered.

the air conditioning unit in the room was quite loud. it made it difficult to sleep comfortably, and it needed maintenance. i also found that the lift chime on my floor was very audible through the walls. the walls seemed thin, and the constant chime was annoying.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym, accessible to all guests, complete with modern equipment for cardio and strength training. various fitness accessories for a full workout. Meeting rooms include audio-visual equipment plus comfortable seating arrangements for presentations. I did not have a chance to visit the gym but i saw guests entering the facilities.

the room was not easily accessible for wheelchair users. it was difficult for me to get in and out of the bed and to charge my electric wheelchair overnight because there were no conveniently placed plugs. the interior of the hotel felt very dated

The hotel is very close to the train station. This made my arrival and departure easy. The staff provided helpful information. They also assisted with taxis. Breakfast had many options (I really enjoyed the fruit selection).

The hotel room cleaning was reduced. My room was not serviced daily. The hotel charged £16.00 per night for parking. This charge was in advance (I found that a bit inflexible). The room's proximity to a nightclub was a problem. The noise was quite loud.
